Our konjac (konnyaku), crafted with spring water from the pristine mountain valleys of this beautiful natural area, has garnered high praise. It has been certified as a “Furusato Certified Food” by Saitama Prefecture.

At our store, you can enjoy dishes featuring our konjac. Our popular “All-you-can-eat Miso Oden” is available for just 200 yen.
We also offer Chichibu’s local B-class gourmet dish, “Miso Potato”, as well as the weekend-exclusive “Waraji Katsudon”. Be sure to give them a try!
