Would you like to work together and revitalize our community in the lush and livable town of Ogano?
In order to revitalize the region through tourism, the town of Ogano, Saitama has developed a national youth hostel inn “Ryokamiso” and roadside station “Ryokami Onsen Yakushi no Yu.” Additionally, the town has worked towards the enhancement of facilities and is actively engaged in the sale of agricultural products and processed goods. Additionally, Ogano Town has welcomed newcomers, especially young people from urban areas, by utilizing the Regional Revitalization Cooperation Team and is encouraging active migration to the area town.

What is the ‘Regional Development TEAM’?
However, the population has been rapidly decreasing, and a shortage of workers local leaders has become a significant challenge in the region. Utilizing the Specified Regional Development Project Cooperative Association System, we will recruit people who have completed their term as members of the Regional Revitalization Cooperation Volunteers and dispatch them to businesses, thereby resolving the shortage of local workers and revitalizing the local economy. In depopulated areas, under the Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Association Act, business cooperative associations can receive certification from the mayor governor of the prefecture. This allows them to create conduct labor dispatch businesses through notification, and they can also receive financial support for operating expenses of the cooperative. By combining various local jobs and dispatching cooperative staff to businesses throughout the year, it becomes possible to create stable employment opportunities and secure local workers for the community.

Ogano Regional Trading Co., Ltd.
We manage Michi-no-Eki Ryokami Onsen Yakushi-no-Yu and Kokuminshukusha Ryokamiso. The roadside station features a day-use hot spring, a restaurant, and a local produce market. Ryokamiso, Saitama’s only national lodging facility, is nestled in a lush countryside of forests and clear streams.
Ishikawa Pickles Co., Ltd.
We specialize in “Shakushina-zuke,” is a traditional preserved food that has been passed down in the Chichibu region for generations. It’s an essential part of Chichibu’s winter cuisine, cherished by many as a local delicacy. Ishikawa Pickles’ “Shakushina-zuke” is beloved by numerous individuals as a specialty product of Chichibu.
KF-Works Co., Ltd.
We are taking on the challenge of creating a new trend boom in the alcohol industry with “mead.” We have established a brewery for 100% honey-based alcohol “mead” in Ogano Town and are engaged in new product development and promotion.

We manage and operate Climbing Park Shinikan and various tourism facilities owned by Ogano Town within Muse Park.
Chichibu Wine Co., Ltd.
Gensaku Asami was started and developed at the foot of Mt. Ryokami in Chichibu. Born and raised at the foot of Chichibu Ryokami Mountain, Gensaku Asami Sakami, with the aid of nature’s forces, has crafted wines. The wine was developed through trial and error during a time when wine was not yet widespread., These wines have been passed down through generations within the family, evolving into the beloved “Gensaku Shirushi Brand” cherished by many.
Ogano Onsen Suzaki Ryokan
Founded in the late Meiji era, Suzaki Ryokan is a hot spring inn that served as the model for the novel, “Suzaki-ya” by the female literary figure Fujiko Ota. The accumulated history of the inn still resonates in its hospitality today. The interior of the inn retains a retro atmosphere from days gone by, and the tradition of heartfelt hospitality continues. Surrender yourself to the passage of time and experience the tranquility and relaxation while feeling the spirit of hospitality.
Miyamoto Co., Ltd.
The Miyamoto family farmhouse, with a history dating back 200 years, more precisely, holds a 300-year-old legacy. The main house, storehouse, and stables are, inherited from ancestors since the end of the Edo period, have been renovated. Today, it operates as a hospitality inn limited to six groups per day. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a luxurious time surrounded by the serene countryside. The Miyamoto Group manages other inns such as “Miyamoto no Yu” and “Mori no Kaze Miyamoto,” catering to the diverse needs of our guests.
